At Cases Accessories, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a different product or model than what you ordered.

  • The product you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories intact.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will contact you for alternative options.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following case:

  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we will initiate a return or refund.

Please note:

  • Returns will not be accepted for minor color, texture, or design variations as lighting and display settings may cause slight differences.

  • Returns are not accepted for personal preference or change of mind.

  • All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging.

Important Notes

  • If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

  • For defective or incorrect items, share clear photos or videos as proof within 3 days after delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for exchange or return.
