We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

You received a different product or model than what you ordered.

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Conditions for Exchange

The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories intact.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

If the replacement product is out of stock, our team will contact you with suitable alternatives.

Due to stock availability, orders may occasionally be fulfilled with a slightly different color or a similar alternative product. This does not qualify as a quality issue and is not eligible for exchange or return.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following case:

If the replacement product is unavailable, we will initiate a return or refund.
Important Notes

Returns will not be accepted for minor variations in color, texture, or design caused by lighting conditions or display settings.

Returns are not applicable for personal preference or change of mind.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Refund & Reshipment Policy (Prepaid Orders)
All prepaid orders are processed and shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
RTO (Return to Origin) Cases
An order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) if delivery fails due to reasons not attributable to Cases Accessories, including:

Incorrect or incomplete address.

Unreachable phone number.

Customer unavailable at the time of delivery.

Refusal to accept the order.
Refund Policy for RTO Orders

No refund will be issued for prepaid orders marked as RTO.

The order was processed and shipped successfully from our end; therefore, refund requests cannot be accommodated.
Reshipment Option
Customers may request a reshipment of their order:

A ₹200 reshipping fee will apply.

The order will be dispatched again only after the reshipping fee has been paid.
Important Guidelines

If your parcel appears damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

For defective or incorrect items, share clear photos or videos within 3 days of delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use are not eligible for exchange or return.
