Refund & Reshipment Policy (Prepaid Orders)

All prepaid orders are processed and shipped only after successful payment confirmation.

If an order is not delivered due to reasons not attributable to the company—such as incorrect address, incomplete details, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or repeated delivery failures—it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases, no refund will be issued, as the order was processed and shipped correctly from our end.

However, customers may request a reshipment of the same order under the following conditions:

  • A reshipping fee of ₹200 will be charged
  • The order will be re-dispatched only after the reshipping fee is successfully paid

The company is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept the order
