Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Look, things sometimes go wrong with orders — a case arrives cracked, the wrong color shows up, or maybe it just doesn't work right out of the box. Here's exactly how we handle that, no confusing legal jargon.

Got a Damaged or Wrong Item? Here's What To Do

You've got 3 days from the day it's delivered to flag any issues with us. We'll sort out a replacement if:

  • What arrived was broken, faulty, or just not the item you actually ordered
  • The thing stopped working within those first few days of getting it

Just snap a few clear photos or record a quick video showing what's wrong and send it our way. Once our team checks it out and confirms the issue, we'll move forward with getting you a replacement. One thing though — if we approve the swap, please send the original back in decent shape, with the box and any extras that came with it.

A Few Things We Can't Fix With an Exchange

We wish we could say yes to everything, but there are some situations where a swap just isn't on the table:

  • You got the product and it works perfectly fine, you just don't love how it looks
  • The color looks slightly off, but honestly that's usually just lighting or your phone screen playing tricks
  • You waited past the 3-day mark before telling us something was wrong
  • The item got damaged from dropping it, installing it wrong, or just from regular use over time
  • You simply changed your mind after the order went through
  • We had to send a similar color/style because your first pick sold out

What About Returns?

Truthfully, we don't do returns as a general rule. The one exception — if we genuinely can't get you a replacement for something that's legitimately defective, we might offer a return or refund instead, but that's our call to make case by case. Changing your mind or not vibing with the product isn't grounds for a return, unfortunately.

Requesting an Exchange — Step by Step

  1. Shoot us an email at support@casesaccessories.com while you're still within the window
  2. We'll get back to you with what to do next
  3. Send over your photos or video of the issue
  4. Got the green light? Pack it up nicely with everything it came with
  5. Once it lands back with us and checks out, we'll kick off your replacement
  6. If we're out of stock on that item, we'll ping you with other options

Prepaid Orders — Refunds and Reshipping

Every order here is prepaid, so nothing ships until payment's confirmed on our end.

Sometimes a package gets sent back to us — this is called RTO. Usually happens because of:

  • An address that's wrong or missing details
  • A phone number nobody could reach
  • You weren't around when the courier came by
  • The delivery got turned away

Here's the tricky part — if your order comes back for any of these reasons, we can't refund it. From our end, everything was done right: the order was made, packed, and shipped correctly. But if you'd still like it sent out again, that's totally doable — just a ₹200 fee to cover reshipping, and it's on its way once that's settled.

Cancelling an Order

We get it, plans change. But once your order's already been packed or handed to the courier, there's no turning back on that one. Same goes for anything bought during a sale or clearance event — those are final once placed. Outside of that, whether we can cancel really comes down to how far along the order is, and we'll always be straight with you about it.

  • Package looks banged up when it arrives? Film yourself opening it before anything else, and message us right away — this one really helps speed things up
  • Damaged, wrong, or broken item? Get us photos or a video within 3 days, no later
  • If something breaks because of how it was used or handled, that one's on us to say no to, sorry
