1. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via call and email. This will include your order number and the estimated delivery timeline.


2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, modifications are possible within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't been processed yet.
To request changes, email us at support@cosmosjoy.in.

  • If the order is already processed, you cannot add items, but you're welcome to place a new order.

  • To remove items or cancel your order, contact our customer support team—we’ll help you out and guide you through the process.


3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number (AWB) and courier details.
You can:

  • Track it on the courier partner’s website

  • Or use the tracking tool on our website

4. Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery option.
The final shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.


5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for a ₹99 service charge.
Please note:

  • COD orders are not eligible for cashback or free gifts

  • For better deals and quicker processing, we recommend online payment
